2013 Kick Off Meeting and Review of Awards

 CHARACTER, COMMITMENT, COURAGE

o

Those 3 words was the theme for our 2013 Annual Keys to Success, Kick-Off Meetings.  We held this year's event at the Hyatt Regency in Downtown Atlanta, GA.  This event was held to recognize top performers in 2012, network with industry leaders and clients, as well as educate our team on high performance; which included hearing from guest speakers.

Here is a few photos of the event:

During our Organization Lunch, we were able to hear from a special guest speaker, Larry Dorfman.  Larry has been a successful entrepreneur in the Automotive industry for over 25 years.  Our team took extensive notes.  A big message he shared that will become our Theme for 2013 was: "What are you willing to tolerate in your business today, that will affect your bottom line tomorrow."  It was great to hear a strong message from Larry about keeping your standards high.

Character, Commitment, and Courage again was a big theme this year.  We are excited to continue to be a leading force as a industry leader Coast to Coast for our clients in 2013.  We know success isn't always easy, but by holding our standards high, and investing into our greatest assets, OUR TEAM-MEMBERS, we will strive to make Character, Commitment and Courage a theme all year long.

CHARACTER:  Doing the right thing, not the easy thing!
COMMITMENT: To our team and clients.  We will follow though on all of our commitments with purpose, determination, and tenacity.
COURAGE:  Success isn't always easy, but we will fight to always be the best we can.  No matter the challenge in front of us!
